What was the problem?
Before we got to work on overhauling the app flow and interface, we had to identify the problem.
While exploring various job platforms, I noticed that they were highly competitive, often not optimized for dropout students and candidates without degrees.
So, the problem statement is, College dropouts and non-degree holders often struggle to find jobs due to the focus on formal education. Traditional job boards prioritize degree holders, limiting opportunities for skilled individuals.
Solutions Assumption?
A digital platform focused on skill-based hiring can address the challenges faced by college dropouts and non-degree holders. By providing a platform that prioritizes skills and experience over formal qualifications, this solution can connect these individuals with employers seeking talent based on their abilities and potential. The platform will leverage advanced matching algorithms, community features, and skill verification mechanisms to ensure efficient and effective job placement.
